Meet Steph & Grace
We spent years working together managing high-end homes and rentals across Washington, DC, before deciding to build something of our own. Steph came to property management after a career in women’s college basketball, while Grace spent many years as an elementary school teacher.
At heart, we’re both people people. We love taking something off your plate, making life a little easier, and helping your home feel extra special — the kind of place that adds a little wonder to the whole neighborhood.
Together, we’ve found that we have a passion for two things: delighting clients and creating great jobs for people who work with their hands. We believe your home should feel like your haven — and giving it a little sparkle shouldn’t have to become another to do on your list.
We also genuinely love the holidays. From decorating and hosting to giving back and donating toys, we’ve bonded over our shared love of the season and all the little traditions, twinkle, and magic that come with it.
